Lenora Taylor has always had a heart for serving people. She became a registered nurse in 2015. During her time as an RN on a cardiac/step down unit, she learned the importance of hard work and advocating for her patients. She continues to advocate for those in need as a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner.
As an AGNP, Lenora strives to provide her patients and the community as a whole with quality care while implementing the latest clinical guidelines in collaboration with a physician. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She earned her master's degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Lenora previously worked in the Abilene area before returning to North Texas in 2024. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Even before I arrived, the initial intake call was with a warm person who thoroughly explained what to expect and let me know the appointment flow. Then, from the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The front-desk staff greeted me with a smile, the nurse who took my vitals made me feel comfortable, and my new PCP, Lenora Taylor, was attentive, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was equally pleasant, and even the nurse who checked me out made sure I understood the next steps and follow-up process. Every person I encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and helpful. The entire experience was pleasantly pleasant-from beginning to end!
