Fiona was incredibly kind, thorough, and listened to everything I had to talk about. I never once felt rushed. It felt like she and the CMA caris cared very much and communicated well. She was in tune with my concerns and caring. She explained everything she was going to do, which I appreciate, especially cleanliness and hand hygiene. I'm very particular about that and she didn't even know that till after I mentioned how much I appreciated it. Communication in my chart was very easy and she listened and explained clearly, in a timely manner. I told her how grateful I was and that I haven't had a "good" PCP visit or felt like that since I was 18 at my old pediatrician, and I am 26 now. I fully intend to continue with her care going forward.

From the time I walked into the building, not just the office. My experience was great. I was greeted directed to where I needed to go by staff. Once I made it to the medical office I was greeted. Everyone had a smile on their face. It was just overall a great experience for my first time coming there provider was very knowledgeable. Patel had recommendations that I agreed with followed the same values regarding my health as I did lab experience was great from the time I came in to the time I left. It was awesome.
