PA Hailey Alford is an exceptional healthcare provider. She is extremely thorough and her communication skill in helping me understand my condition in the prescription. Medications were superb. I really like the ease of using the portal as well to see results and communicating with providers.

I couldn't walk well and instead of me going to have my blood drawn the nurse came to me. That showed me my Drs office truly cares for their patients.

[...] is one of the best assistants I have ever known at a Drs office.She does not rush me as my mobility is slowly decreasing from pain. I like her a lot and I love Hailey, she has shown great concern over my health issue that has flared up. She makes me feel like she is my guardian angel.

As a 30+ year Healthcare Administrator, I understand how difficult it can be when an appointment goes beyond the allotted time frame but PA Hailey went above and beyond to ensure that I could hear again before I left the clinic. She was very professional and took the time to explain everything in a well manner. My impression of PA Hailey is that she is compassionate and truly cares about her patients.

Hailey and her team were wonderful and during my visit, they worked together wonderfully. Her assistants (there were actually two of them), went above and beyond to help me get my ears unclogged. I was so happy to be able to hear again when I left there. I think other providers and their assistants would have just given up and sent me away with a referral but they took the extra time and care needed to help me. Please give Hailey and her assistants a raise and tell all three of them that Frank Is very grateful to have had them help me that day!
