I did not get the impression that Bill Vencill wanted to treat me as my primary care doctor any more. He was very short with me and did not give me full explanations on my recent and chronic health issues. He almost seemed angry that I was there, and I felt like my appointment was rushed. Maybe he just doesn't like treating elderly patients. I really like the Highland Village office and the staff there, but am considering finding a new primary care dr.at this time. In previous years Vencill has always been patient, answering all my questions and seemingly caring for my health issues. But recently his attitude toward me seems to have changed. I originally chose him because other members of my family go to him, but I'm thinking that lately it's not such a good fit for me.

Outstanding organization! Front office was courteous and efficient. Back office was outstanding. [...] was particularly helpful. She was respectful, competent, efficient and helpful. Phlebotomist was very competent. Bill was his usual - SUPURB! He listens and he talked TO me, not AT me. My wife and I have recommended this office to several of our older friends and their families who are also pleased by the care they received.

Excellent and caring staff.

I was impressed with the care I received and even texted my husband, who was waiting in the waiting room, to tell him how much I liked the PA.

I felt welcomed and well cared for. The physician assistant was absolutely amazing, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to listen without making me feel rushed. Everything was clearly explained and I felt comfortable through my visit.

Bill Vencill is an exceptional health care provider. He's humane, empathetic amd has a great sesnse of humor.

The staff are very important in a healthcare setting. I've left doctors just because of their office staff. Not here. They've always treated me with respect and curtesy.

Bill is always upfront about my issues and questions. It's why I keep going back to him. His bedside manner is always professional but personal to my situation. I trust him and I hardly ever say that about healthcare professionals.

Bill always takes the time to listen to me without rushing me.

Mr. Vencill is one of my favorite physician to see. I have seen him for years and he is always kind and thoughtful, always in good spirits, and he listens to me and actually has discussions with me on my health and lifestyle instead of talking at me with generic advise. It always feels as though he is genuinely interested in my well being and wants me to be the healthiest version I can be. I have a lot of doctors that are fine and good but Mr. Vencill has the personal touch/bedside manner that others could learn from.
