I have no issues with Dr. Brockie. However, the wait time was unacceptable, especially given that I was asked to arrive early for my appointment, which I did, and was not told that there would be a long wait. Very unimpressive, especially for a first visit. I was later told that there is always a wait in Friday afternoons. If so, why wasn't I told of this and why was I asked to arrive early? More to the point, if there is always a wait in Friday, why aren't the appointment times adjusted to compensate?

The courtesy and professionalismof the staff was overshadowed by the long wait time
