Dr. Gupta took my back problem seriously. After the results of the x-rays were in Dr. Gupta wrote a thorough and understandable description of what was found. At our appointment Dr. Gupta explained the different types of treatment from physical therapy to surgery and advised that we try the least invasive first and do our best to avoid the most invasive treatment which I appreciated.

Dr Gupta is a great doctor. Very thorough, professional, and listens to any concerns. She answers questions in an easy to understand manner. Most importantly, she acknowledges and then encourages positive changes in test results. If there are areas that still need improvement, she discusses those, explaining why and offers suggestions.

This was my first visit to the Dallas office since Dr. Gupta moved from Richardson office. It is noisy and confusing with two different lobbies, checking in at one place and go across the hallway to the another room to wait but not sure if you need to check in again. 3 patients except me were on the phone loudly and the staff were talking loud.

Dr. Gupta is always kind and attentive, taking the time to explain what I'm experiencing in detail so I fully understand. Visiting any doctor can sometimes feel a bit concerning, but Dr. Gupta has a way of making the experience reassuring.

I'm not sure what staff you are addressing. Dr. Gupta and her nurse were kind and caring. The office staff could use some training on how to greet people and make them feel welcome.

Dr. Lalita Gupta is exactly what one wants in a primary care physician: professional, caring, and meticulous in making sure she goes through everything she ought with each patient, which must be very challenging given the number of routine issues seen. But her dedication to her patients is sincere and above and beyond what I typically see with doctors.

I have been iwth Dr Gupta for several years now. I followed her to her new office, even tho it was over an hour drive, but she's worth it.

The entire visit was extremely pleasant. Everyone on the team was interested in all issues and getting my concerns resolved. Dr Gupta is very knowledgeable and I consider her approachable regardless of my concerns. Dr Gupta goes above and beyond to connect and care for my well being and health. She has been right on in directing me through some health concerns through her practice and recommendations of other providers.
