[...] Dr. Ngo treated me with respect and a little fun. She agreed with everything I said. She greatly appreciated me giving her the written problem list and written suggestions. But it was obvious that she decided the treatment plan and is kind and respectful to me.

The technician was very kind. When I was through, Dr Ngo took me all the way to the door. She took me through the nurses station. When I commented about it, she laughed and said it was okay.

Dr. Ngo's nurse is a friendly, competent, and caring person who greets her patients with a smile as well as thoroughly explains the procedures she will perform in advance of Dr. Ngo's examination.

Dr. Ngo is very thorough and she asks meaningful questions regarding the status of concerns from my previous visit. Additionally, she is very thorough when documenting new concerns as well.

My doctor goes over and above in dealing with my issues. She is my Angel!

I've been seeing Dr. Ngo for 8+ years and I've recommended her to everyone I know. But because she's so famous it can be hard scheduling a sick visit with her. This hasnt bothered me though because I've enjoyed the other provider's I've got a chance to meet. T

I appreciate Dr. Ngo's thoughtful analysis of my health issues.

I was feeling lousy that day but Dr Ngo helped with a problem I hadn't known about she also had her nurse get me some peanut butter crackers and some apple juice for consuming after my lab were taken.The lady in the lab gave me some water to drink prior to the tests.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and cheerful. She printed out a copy of my meds list and brought It to me. […] understood my dizziness and walked slowly enough that I could keep up. Dr Ngo noticed that something was wrong with me and listened to my heart and neck was concerned because I was really not myself and she ordered labs to see If I needed more help. EVERYONE WAS TERRIFIC! I finally felt better after the water, apple juice and crackers but also when I was under cooler air. Checkout was a breeze and the lady who did that for me was very nice.

The staff all provide top notch, professional medical care. The front desk is equally well run.

Dr. Ngo is simply the best internist I've ever had - knowledgeable, thorough, good listener, compassionate and amazing on follow up.
