Dr. Christopher Shank is a skilled neurosurgeon and Fort Worth native. His clinical interests include traumatic and degenerative spinal disease treatment using complex and minimally invasive surgery, spinal oncology, general cranial/trauma neurosurgery, peripheral nerve surgery, brain tumor and vascular neurosurgery, and stereotactic radiosurgery. Dr. Shank is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Southern Neurosurgical Society and Texas Association of Neurological Surgeons.

I felt my visit was unneeded but my neurologist pushed me to chk in with Dr Shank. Dr Shank assured me it was ok, answered my Q's on when I s/return to see him. He did not make me feel I wasted his time. I appreciated that. His PA was very thourough & read my notes & asked for details. I always feel heard at these appointments. And appreciate Dr Shank understands my MCTD diag.
