This was a very positive experience. Because I'm moving from a prior PCP practice I really needed a place that could step in and see me as a whole patient. I feel pretty confident that I'm in the right place.

My prior long-term PCP retired and care declined at that practice after his departure. I am a relatively complex patient with several chronic conditions needing consistent management. This was my initial contact with Dr. Hames. He fills my old PCP's shoes remarkably well. He understands my concerns, immediately assessed my needs effectively, and immediately picked up where my old doctor left off. I am very impressed with him. I'm comfortable and confident with his care going forward.

Dr Hames is great. He listen's. He staff, also good. I am sure Texas Health has a quota for him to see, they are a for profit health provider. Dr. Hames does give his patients the time they need to discuss their health and what they want to do.

Everyone was very nice. My doctor sent me antibiotic and cream for my itchy skin. He also got referrals for me.

This care team is one of the best I have had in 74 years. They are efficient and professional. They talk to me and not at me. I changed insurance providers to stay with this group.

The staff make it easy for me to get through the process. This most recent medical visit occurred at the beginning of a long, frustrating experience with a stolen vehicle. The staff showed compassion and made this visit a good one.like they always do.

The entire clinic is excellent. The front desk acknowledges you quickly and presents a professional and friendly interaction.
