The appointments always feel rushed, like the provider is trying to hurry through the time. Often I find myself feeling rushed out of the exam room, but I'm not sure it's intentional. While the doctor does listen to concerns with medication, I don't feel that I need to be taking a blood pressure prescription after using it and feeling very poorly. My BP is always elevated in a medical setting and I've tried to explain that multiple times.

Dr Bigdeli is easy to talk with. She shows concern, and was most helpful. We discussed next steps in my current care, and upcoming needs.

Dr Bigdeli is thorough, empathetic, honest, reliable, attentive, knowledge, and approachable. When I see her I know she is giving me her full attention. She is listening to my concerns and offering what she thinks is the best route for care - be it an old school medication or something that has just hit the market. Given her vast knowledge of Medicine she is able to do both. She is empathetic and listens to my concerns and worries. She has always managed to calm any negative concern that I have over Medical issues. During my visit I am always made to feel like I am the only patient she has. She is fully attentive and takes all of my concerns to heart before she offers up potential solutions. She is, by far, the best primary physician I have ever visited. I am grateful that, thanks to staffing changes at this location, Dr Bigeli has become my primary physician. I am comfortable with her and have never felt judged or shamed by her during any of my many visits. I respect and appreciate her so much that I take my daughter to see her, as well. She's an incredible woman and Texas Health Physicians Group is lucky to have her on their roster.
