Dr Tolle has cared for me for 14 years for multiple serious conditions. His concern, patience, and help has been the best. Wish all my doctors listen to my questions like Dr Tolle.

The doctor listened to me and address my concerns. He has prescribed medication to help with some things and also has referred me to another doctor for an assessment on something else. He is very helpful in person and listens to the patients

I was talking to him about the pain I'm having in my back and legs and noticed on the summary section he noted no pain or problems! I feel he was not listening very well!

It was an hour plus wait, pleasant enough, but lucky I didn't need to be somewhere and have to reschedule.

I just went for a new patient visit [...] annual. Thank you for accepting new [...] patients. There's a crisis of lack of providers accepting [...].

Total staff very respectful and professional to all patients.. Very good bedside manner from Dr. Tolle and assistance.

Nothing bad to say about this group of extraordinary staff. They recognize when I walk that I'm hurting. That's good because they ask to help me walk and never rush.

Dr. Tolle always listens to my questions and answer all of them.

All were very good and that's why I chose to return to Dr.Tolle after I made the mistake of leaving him.

Waited 30 mins. Filled out long questionnaire before visit which was ignored.

I was very disappointed at the tone in which Dr Tolle chose to speak "at Me"! It has come to pass that I will no longer be able to be a patient of that person. I will miss the Ever So Polite Reception Staff, The Nursing Staff, & Even the Janitorial Staff! If I ever step back into that office it will NOT be in the care of Michael Tolle!As of this moment; I am seeking another PCP!

The Front Desk Staff, & the Nurses, & even the Janitorial Staff are ALWAYS: Welcoming, Inviting, & Willing to use their tone with genuine Care, Compassion, & Tone! Sadly, on this most recent visit, I can NOT SAY THE SAME FOR Dr. Michael Tolle!He chose to speak "at me" with a very "dismissive" tone as if I were not worthy of his time, energy, nor effort! It actually drew me to tears as it reminded me of my Dismissal Military Father whom I had to "Listen to & NOT SPEAK" to without a "Yes Sir or No Sir"!

I needed to refill a Rx and was told by the office staff that I needed an appt, so I chose a virtual visit due to my busy work schedule. I scheduled it for 4/28 at 3:30p. I understand virtual appts can run behind, as noted in the portal and my past experience. At 3:54p, I received a call from staff advising Dr Tolle was running late and it would be closer to 4:15p. By 4:48p, I was still waiting and tried calling the office, but it had already closed at 4:30. By 5p, I hadn't received a call or text and ultimately gave up. I've been a long-time patient of Dr. Tolle and truly value the care he provides, but this situation was very frustrating and a significant inconvenience. I understand that schedules can run behind, especially later in the day, but I believe my time is just as valuable. The extended delay, which I'm sure was due to some miscommunication within the office, and the lack of follow-up prevented me from attending to other responsibilities that afternoon.

Dr. Tolle, as always, was smart, competent, thorough and kind. He is always such a joy to interact with. After our appointment, I felt like I was in good hands.
