At no time during my stay at presbyterian, did I have any doubts about my ability to be treated with professionalism.unbelievable care and kindness.

Dr. Tolle is a good listener. He ran additional tests to rule out diagnoses. I appreciate that.

Took unrushed time to walk me through and explain medical notes . Summarised everything in an easy To understand non-patronising way. Calmed my nerves and spoke with me like a human: Not just a Patient Number.

The doctor listened to me and address my concerns. He has prescribed medication to help with some things and also has referred me to another doctor for an assessment on something else. He is very helpful in person and listens to the patients

I was talking to him about the pain I'm having in my back and legs and noticed on the summary section he noted no pain or problems! I feel he was not listening very well!
