The front office personnel and nurse are friendly, professional and caring. I always feel very welcome even if I'm feeling ill. Dr. Pavong is an amazing doctor. They all listen with concern to what I have to say.

Dr. Pravong provided an outstanding and deeply reassuring experience during my blood pressure assessment. She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to thoroughly explain my blood work in a way that was clear and easy to understand. What stood out most was how genuinely she cared-she treated me with the same patience, respect, and concern you would expect from family. Everything was all good.

Dr. Pravong and her staff worked well together Dr. Pravong answered every question I had without hesitation and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my health. Her knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate approach gave me a strong sense of confidence and trust in her care.
