He listens to you he doesn't rush you and his knowledge is so extensive We went through my blood test and he went over some questions I had and it made me feel so much better because he was so thorough and took his time with me I just really love him, but I think everybody does. He's just amazing. He's what doctors should be and used to be and I'm grateful he still is

I have tiny veins for blood draw. Nurse had to call for assist, got help and everything when well

Nurses that assist dr are also good listeners & considerate of me.

Dr townsend didn't rush me but listened to what I wanted to say. He gave clear explanations & time for me to follow up after he explained.

Waited 25 minutes in exam room for Dr after seeing nurse. Always seems to be [...], delayed & rushed. Would not recommend to someone looking for a new DR [...]
