Dr. Townsend is amazing. He listens to you he doesn't rush you and his knowledge is so extensive We went through my blood test and he went over some questions I had and it made me feel so much better because he was so thorough and took his time with me I just really love him, but I think everybody does. He's just amazing. He's what doctors should be and used to be and I'm grateful he still is

I have tiny veins for blood draw. Nurse had to call for assist, got help and everything when well

Nurses that assist dr are also good listeners & considerate of me.

Dr townsend didn't rush me but listened to what I wanted to say. He gave clear explanations & time for me to follow up after he explained.

Waited 25 minutes in exam room for Dr after seeing nurse. Always seems to be [...], delayed & rushed. Would not recommend to someone looking for a new DR [...]

The staff is wonderful. They always have a smile on their face even when they're really busy and they make you feel like you're important not just another person walking in. I don't know how they do it because they are quite busy It appears to be a very easy to work in group

Dr. Townsend that is an amazing doctor. He makes you feel like he's his only patient almost and yet he's very busy I never feel rushed. He always listens and his staff is the same. Yet they were very efficient they get you and they get you out. Everything runs very smoothly in that office.

Dr Townsend and his time always take time to listen and involve you in any discussion or treatment plan to make sure you feel comfortable with decision or option evaluations. Always very quick to respond to any questions before or after the visit.
