When one couldn't get to my small veins for a blood draw, they called a team member. Very impressiveJan 2026Even with my first appt made, I had to cancel at the last half hour and when making contact with the office, I was treated with respect and compassion. Given another appt at that time. This was my very first visit with staff and team. I left feeling very confident that I was at the right place, with a great team who cared. I got a flu shot, gave a urine specimen, a full blood work analysis. The Dr explained each of my concerns individually even when I got ahead of myself and tried to move on. But what impressed me most was that same night, the Dr.himself gave me a call at home to let me know what was his most concern after reading my blood work report. He gave me orders as what to do about my meds Intake until our next appointment. So far, so pleasedJan 2026The overall process from beginning to end was very shameless.
