The only problem was that I arrived at the practice at 12:50pm for a 1pm appointment, and the door was locked. I didn't know that I would have to wait in my car if I arrived a few minutes before my appointment (as we are usually asked to do). Somehow, that information needs to be communicated better to patients who make appointments at 1pm. Otherwise, I had an excellent experience.Dec 2025Dr. Ashford does a very thorough job of explaining my test results to me and answering my numerous questions. He made helpful suggestions for improving my health. There was a small glitch with my blood pressure being taken inaccurately by a tech in training, but they just retook it, successfully, at the end of the appointment.
