Bio

When Andrew Augsburger's twin brother developed a seizure disorder as a teen, Andrew vowed to never be helpless in a medical emergency again. He became passionate about understanding disease and treatment, and later went on to earn his bachelor's and master's degrees in nursing at The University of Texas at Arlington. He also has an undergraduate degree in social work, which he earned in 2010 at Harding University in Searcy, Ark.

Andrew began his career as a registered nurse in 2015. He is certified as a family nurse practitioner. Working in the primary care setting, Andrew enjoys being able to build relationships with patients over extended periods of time. Away from the office, he and his wife enjoy attending their children's school and sports events and exploring new foods. He also likes to run (slowly).

I initially accidentally scheduled my appointment for May 4th and the ladies were extremely kind in fitting me into the schedule. I had already missed over a week of work so they were bet helpful in making the appointment for the date and time they did. I really appreciate the effort.

I've already gotten my mother to switch over to this office. Although she is very happy with […] , I did suggest to her she might want to consider Andrew d due to his diligence in getting to the root of the issue. Not that the ladies don't, they do as well. He was quite impressive. Everyone at this office is very good.

My visit was hospital follow up! This visit was an urgent, professional assessment with a breathing treatment that helped me breathe immediately! The next morning Andrew called me to check my status! This entire office is Amazing and treats us like Family!

Everyone at this Family Care practice, from when I checked in, until I checked out and made a follow up visit knew their jobs and were helpful and kind. I think more people have discovered Andrew NP since I first started seeing him for primary care because he's booked up more now. I have gone to another NP here too when I needed to get a pre-op done sooner and they were really good too. Highly recommend.
