He carefully listened to my concerns and worked with me on a a solution.Apr 2026When very sick I find making a call to schedule an appointment is easier than using the app. But depending on the person the office staff can be very unhelpful at times, though most of the time this is not the case. More than one instance an office staff member has told me via the app that they were not included on that the provider cannot assist me due to me not being a patient recently enough, bizarrely this is usually right after an appointment as a follow up question.
