My expectations where met

The strengths of this clinic along with Chris himself are to numerous to list. I'd follow him to whichever facility he if he ever left.

We travel quite a long ways to make sure we still come back and see Chris for all of our ailments and an annual physicals. It took a long time to find someone like him, and there's no one else I trust to be my provide provider.

One thing I have noticed over the 25+ years that I have been a patient of this facility, is how well the staff works together. Not to mention, there are some employees that have been there the entire time I have been a patient.

Chris consulted with *** to ensure that he had made the correct diagnosis and recommended the correct treatment.

He was running late but apologized. What im not happy with is how long he's taking to review my labwork and enter notes. I received the labwork results in my chart on Tuesday morning. I messaged him yesterday afternoon with concerns about abnormal results. Its now Thursday and I still dont have any notes or messages. [...]

Chris was fantastic as usual. He carefully listened to my concerns and worked with me on a a solution.

When very sick I find making a call to schedule an appointment is easier than using the app. But depending on the person the office staff can be very unhelpful at times, though most of the time this is not the case. More than one instance an office staff member has told me via the app that they were not included on that the provider cannot assist me due to me not being a patient recently enough, bizarrely this is usually right after an appointment as a follow up question. Most recently while sick and progressively getting worse after 4 days of not hearing back from my provider I called to follow up and the office staff chided me for not being patient enough.

Really appreciated Dr. Martinez's time and recommendations
