We absolutely LOVE our doctor and all the staff at this practice because they spend more than 3 minutes with their patients. They remember us even when we haven't been for a visit in a while. This kind of care is not from compliance training. It's core to who they are.

Pam Whitener is a great care provider. She inquires about my physical as well as my mental fitness during my appointments. She makes sure any questions are answered and that I understand what is needed to remedy any problems I may be having.

[…] called me back shortly after a few minutes, took my weight and escorted me to a room to insure all my current medical records were correct. Pam is very kind and efficient. My only suggestion would be to provide encouragement to patients when health is going in a positive direction. I had shared that I was taking some natural supplements to help support my thyroid. My blood work ended up showing that my levels were improving, and also showed I no longer needed to be on the thyroid medication. Some people truly try hard to get healthier and there wasn't any encouragement which was a little discouraging. A simple "hey, you're going in the right direction. Keep it up!" goes a long way.

Pam does an excellent job of listening and prosecuting her treatment plan.

Love this clinic!! Every person you come into contact with from making an appointment, checking in, the screening, the visit, additional things the nursing staff does like (shots, blood draw, etc..), checking out, to referrals is top notch. Even if there's an issue they tackle it aggressively to resolve it and get you on your way.
