Bio
Lauren Kritzer has been caring for North Texans as a registered nurse since 2014. She became certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2022 and is also certified as a medical-surgical nurse and trauma nurse. Lauren's extensive nursing background enables her to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages in collaboration with a physician. She advocates for her patients with the goal of promoting positive outcomes. In addition to focusing on prevention-based services, she is dedicated to delivering care that keeps diabetes, hypertension and other chronic conditions in check.
Lauren earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. After working in the field for a number of years, she returned to the classroom to earn her master's degree in nursing with emphasis in family nurse practitioner studies while attending Texas Woman's University in Denton. Lauren is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a designated Wound Care Champion, which qualifies her to expertly identify persons at risk for wounds and to implement appropriate measures for prevention and treatment.
