Mar 2026Dr. Taylor is very thorough. She listens, obviously cares, and has her nurse follow up. I feel seen and heard with her. Because of the current state of health care, where doctors do not have time to listen deeply (having to follow the corporate time allotted for being with a patient). I never have felt rushed with Dr. Taylor. [...]Mar 2026PA Taylor listened to me and was concerned. [...]Mar 2026Her nurse was very helpful and she and PA Taylor worked well together.Mar 2026The MA told Lenora the reasons I was there so she walked in ready to look for solutions.Mar 2026Lenora really listens and discusses the options with me. I feel like we work together to develop a plan that I can do. I felt like Lenora was as frustrated as I am with the difficulties getting my issues under control and she is/was willing to look into suggestions made by other healthcare providers and impliment plans working with a team. I am hugely grateful that she is concerned enough to look into issues and ask questions of others or look information up on the computer to help me. She even noticed I had cancelled an appointment and came in a few days later asking what had happened and why I had not come in. This action showed her care for me.Mar 2026My experience with the staff was excellent. I was assisted with minimal wait time.Mar 2026My experience with Lenora was nothing short of amazing.
