Lenora Taylor has always had a heart for serving people. She became a registered nurse in 2015. During her time as an RN on a cardiac/step down unit, she learned the importance of hard work and advocating for her patients. She continues to advocate for those in need as a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner.
As an AGNP, Lenora strives to provide her patients and the community as a whole with quality care while implementing the latest clinical guidelines in collaboration with a physician. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She earned her master's degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Lenora previously worked in the Abilene area before returning to North Texas in 2024. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

The office staff was great! I think that somehow offset my bad experience with Ms. Taylor

I'm not familiar with Ms. Taylor[...]. I am not sure if was having a bad day or if something happened prior, but she was not really friendly and dismissive when I was explaining my issue. She did examine my issue and prescribed me a treatment but the exchange felt like she just wanted to get rid of me quickly instead of talking me through her reasoning for treatment or possible answers for what is causing my flare up.

Always friendly and knowledgeable about medical questions. Has referred me to specialists when needed.

Very good at listening to any medical problems I'm having and orders tests appropriately. Also lets me know results and adjusts medication.
