Lenora Taylor has always had a heart for serving people. She became a registered nurse in 2015. During her time as an RN on a cardiac/step down unit, she learned the importance of hard work and advocating for her patients. She continues to advocate for those in need as a board-certified adult-gerontology nurse practitioner.
As an AGNP, Lenora strives to provide her patients and the community as a whole with quality care while implementing the latest clinical guidelines in collaboration with a physician. She graduated with her bachelor's degree in nursing from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. She earned her master's degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
Lenora previously worked in the Abilene area before returning to North Texas in 2024. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

My experience with NP Taylor keeps getting better with every visit. She actually listens and finds an approach that will work with my care. She even asks what might be better and what I'm comfortable with and doesn't give up on me where others have or seem overwhelmed with all of what's wrong with me. She acts like she cares, but takes additional steps to also show it also.She is an asset to Texas Health Physicians Group, to myself and I'm sure to all of her other patients. She is a staple of what everyone wants, but importantly needs, in a health care provider, and she doesn't stop shining!
