My wait in the exam room was short (I am sure that I was the first person that Hilary saw that day, lucky me). After the exam I setup next year's annual visit and was asked to wait in the lobby to get blood work done. As soon as I walked through the door to the lobby, there was a nice lady at the other waiting for me with a smile. The lady that took my blood work was quick and efficient (only sticking me once).
