She really took her time to talk with me all the options on medication's and went over all my labs with me and I felt like she actually listens and tries to fix my problems rather than just push me out of the appointment

Hilary Bates is the best medical professional I have ever had. She listens with compassion, explains with professional expertise, and uses my input when determining next steps.

I would recommend her to anyone- male, female, young, or old !

I waited for a little while, but that doesn't bother me - as I know the level of care shown to all patients must be like the care shown to me, and it's truly appreciated!!
