Dr. Bill Vencill and nursing staff have always shown; a high level of care and support; given detailed information on medications; provided detailed information regarding medical conditions; responded with follow up or check-ins; listened to patients' needs; and, provided outside referrals as needed.

Staff were; highly personable; listened to patients' needs; collected data and thoroughly documented medical information; and, provided a friendly, welcoming environment with genuine care and compassion.
