Bio
Joshua Crawford served in the United States Army for more than a decade, primarily based in Afghanistan, Germany and Iraq. During his tenure, he was awarded numerous merit badges and medals for commendation and achievement. Joshua settled in the Denton community after completing his time in the military in 2015. He went on to become certified as a physician assistant.
Joshua is clinically trained in a variety of disciplines, including family medicine and women’s health. One area of special interest to him is mental health care with a focus on addiction psychiatry and suicide prevention.
Joshua earned his bachelor’s degree in workforce leadership at the University of Louisville in Kentucky. He later studied biology at the University of North Texas in Denton before earning his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.

The nurse who took my history was perfect too! The phlebotomist is another lovely human who never misses the vein and is so smooth and precise I never feel a thing! As far as I know that office is stacked with Tier 1 professionals who make it their mission to make a guy like me feel valued and cared for from the front door to the back.
