Amber Lynn Leyerle, PA-C Physician Assistant-Surgicalin Fort Worth, TX

Amber Leyerle has been caring for the bone and joint health of North Texans since 2016. She is certified as a physician assistant and prior to becoming a PA, she was an athletic trainer. She started playing softball when she was six years old, which ultimately led to a full-ride softball scholarship in college and her interest in taking care of the active population.

Amber's experience runs the gamut from surgical assistance to diagnostic and therapeutic care for fractures, dislocations, and a variety of other joint concerns. She works collaboratively to provide pre- and post-surgery management, joint and trigger-point injections, fracture and wound care, and sports medicine services - including bracing, casting, and splinting.

Amber earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. She graduated with her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Bethel University in Paris, Tenn. Having been on the receiving end of orthopedic treatments as a student athlete, Amber provides an empathetic and compassionate approach to patient care. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their German shepherd, Oakley. She likes to stay active by taking Pilates classes, traveling, and attending country music concerts with her friends.

Amber is a member of the Physician Assistants in Orthopedic Surgery organization.
