Dr P. Conway listened to me which the appointment being just a short 15 min follow up, was important to me. I left with hope that I finally found my clinic. The staff is friendly, patient and willing to help, from check in to check out I felt listened to.

Dr. Conway made great use of our brief visit by covering all my lab requests and adjusting my Dexcom prescription. He and his staff are always professional, quick to respond to emails, and reliable with medication refills.

Dr. Conway and his team provide exceptional, proactive care. Whenever I send an email with questions, his staff ensures he reviews it, follows up on my refill requests, and helps coordinate any doctor referrals I need. Even during short visits, Dr. Conway makes sure all my concerns are addressed. I really appreciate how responsive, organized, and attentive both he and his staff are.

Dr Conway alway's seems to treat my thoughts and concerns as valid inquiries into my treatment. Never seems to be rushing to get to the next patient.

The assistant was a pleasantly polite young lady, and very efficient at doing her job while carrying on a relaxed conversation about what she was doing prior to Dr. Conway coming in to see me. The staff are all efficient, effective, and accurate in the course of doing their jobs. All paperwork flows through the insurance process very quickly with only one case of one getting delayed slightly in the decade plus that I have used this practice.
