Rachel Moore has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and compassionate throughout my daughter's care. She truly listens to our concerns, takes the time to look at the whole picture, and has been wonderful about helping us coordinate testing and next steps. We have had several complicated issues to work through, and Rachel has consistently made us feel heard and supported rather than rushed or dismissed.I especially appreciate how accessible and thoughtful she has been when new test results or concerns have come up.
