Working through a difficult condition with little research and she was still very helpful. Been going to doctors and specialists for years with no answers and she finally pointed me in the right direction so that I now have a diagnosis. She showed much concern and understanding for what I'm going through, where most people and doctors don't and don't understand. She was very sympathetic and listened attentively to me. Very eager to help in any way possible, but also included my decisions.
